2. Account Security- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and must report unauthorized access immediately.

3. Payments and Billing- Users agree to pay all service fees on time. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

4. Data Protection- Users must obtain necessary consent from end-users before sending WhatsApp messages and comply with all data privacy laws.

5. Compliance with Meta Policies- Users must adhere to Meta’s guidelines to avoid suspension or termination of access to the WhatsApp Business API.
